What to check before choosing a mattress size

A mattress size is not just a number. Room width, the inner size of the base, and how many people sleep in the bed all belong in the decision.

For one sleeper, 90x190 and 100x200 are the most common options. Taller sleepers usually prefer the extra room of a 200 cm length.

For couples, 160x200 is a standard starting point. If one of you turns often or you go to bed at different hours, 180x200 makes a clear difference.
